When you submit our contact form or use our booking/scheduling widget, the information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and message content) is processed and stored by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our third-party email marketing and forms provider. Brevo may also collect technical data such as your IP address for spam prevention. You can review Brevo’s privacy policy at https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/.
Emails sent to and from Common Roots Montessori School are managed through Google Workspace / Gmail. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as this data may be extractable by site visitors.
How long we retain your data
Contact form and booking submissions are retained by Brevo in accordance with our account settings and Brevo’s own retention practices. We do not sell or share your information with any party outside of the service providers listed above (Brevo, Google) needed to operate the site and respond to inquiries.
What rights you have over your data
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete it, at any time by contacting us at [contact info/link]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. This does not include data we’re legally required to retain (e.g., enrollment or education records subject to other retention obligations).

Form submissions may be checked through Brevo’s spam-detection tools. No data is transferred outside the United States except as part of the normal operation of Google and Brevo’s infrastructure, which may process data internationally in accordance with their own privacy policies.
